About the event

Balance isn’t something you “find.”


 It’s something you train.

In this 6-week guided journey, we will strengthen both your body and your nervous system — helping you feel steadier in movement, calmer under pressure, and more grounded in daily life.

This is not just about standing on one foot.


 It’s about creating internal and external stability that carries into everything you do.



What We’ll Focus On

Through a combination of chair yoga, fitness training, and traditional yoga, you will:

• Improve physical balance and coordination

 • Build supportive strength and joint stability

 • Increase flexibility and mobility

 • Regulate your nervous system through breath and intentional movement

 • Develop greater confidence in your body


Chair yoga creates accessible stability and alignment.


Fitness builds strength and resilience.


Yoga restores flexibility and presence.

Together, they create balance — not just physically, but emotionally.
