This is where strength meets healing. You’re not just working out—you’re becoming aligned.

Each session blends movement, mindset, and restoration. We begin with stretching and gentle conversation to release limiting beliefs and tension—physically and emotionally. Then, enjoy a full hour of personalized training, in the gym or outdoors. We wrap with 30 minutes of relaxation: massage chair, meditation, hypnosis—your choice.

It’s fitness of mind, body, and spirit that strengthens, frees, and restores.

Train for

​In order to prevent pain we need our muscles to be able to extend to a fully lengthened position at rest, and when needed, the ability to perform a strong contraction and shorten the muscle.  When the muscle gets stuck or mucked up somewhere in the middle, the muscle cannot rest in it's fully lengthened position, it rests shortened, it begins to pull on the joints in the wrong way, and pain begins.

On the emotional side of things, we have a subtle and energetic body within each of us.  When we get emotions "stuck" or "ignored," that energy stays stuck within the energetic body. (emotions are very energetic) and begin to affect the physical body.  There are all kinds of tools that can be used to move this energy, get out of our stories, and heal both our energetic and physical bodies.

The Goal...

The goal and benefits of Functional Training include: increasing strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance, stabilization and balance, while preventing tight muscles and sore joints.

​

Additional benefits of training with Laura is we can  be looking for emotional, energetic  or mental blocks that are stopping your progression.

 

Through the mind sciences (what you think and why) breathwork,

meditation, and emotional releasing, you can move forward happier,

healthier, more quickly and confidently.

All of the above procedures could be in a personal training session.  It's whatever your mind, body, and soul needs.
