Service Description
This is where strength meets healing. You’re not just working out—you’re becoming aligned. Each session blends movement, mindset, and restoration. We begin with stretching and gentle conversation to release limiting beliefs and tension—physically and emotionally. Then, enjoy a full hour of personalized training, in the gym or outdoors. We wrap with 30 minutes of relaxation: massage chair, meditation, hypnosis—your choice. It’s fitness of mind, body, and spirit that strengthens, frees, and restores.
