Breathwork

Breathwork is an effective and powerful way to relax into your subconscious, mix up some pictures, thoughts, and paradigms, and change your life for the better.


Whether you know it or not, 99% of the reason that you do the things you do is because your subconscious mind tells you to do it. “Let’s go eat.” Says the subconscious. “Why? We’re not hungry,” you say. “Well, that just what we do at this moment in time, so let’s go,” said subconscious. “OK,” you say, and off you go to eat.


One way to change the result of paradigms and habits is by engaging the conscious mind to interfere with the programming of the subconscious. The way you do this is by taking a breath, explain to yourself consciously why we are not going to follow the former pattern. Then physically, follow through with the new habit. It’s a lot of effort, and it may be harder than you think. So how about if we just train the subconscious to work in our behalf instead of against us.


Enter Breathwork.


The subconscious is a powerful ally. By relaxing, breathing, being open to the breath’s (and your angels) intuition, you can change habits in your favor. You can do the right thing every time, no questions asked.
